My dd (now 5) was born with extra cartilage on the inside of her nostrils on the outer walls (if that makes sense) it’s visible without looking inside her nose and they seem to open up when she flares her nostrils or makes certain expressions. It’s not bothering her at all, I’m not even sure if other people notice. But I’ve never seen it on anyone before, I’m just curious if anyone’s ever come across this. Google isn’t helping at all!
