So my little one is 4 years old, last week his checks got very red no fever or anything then it went away the next day. Last night he said his back was hurting and cried I looked he had a very red back I will put pics up they aren’t as red in the pics as it was late at night. He was the. Shivering and itching his back saying he had pineapples growing on his back🤦♀️ This morning he is a bit warmer than normal most the red and spots have gone . Has anyone had anything similar ? I don’t think he needs a dr at the moment but would take him if he needed obviously. Just don’t like seeing him like this he’s a lot more tired than Normal to. Any help would be appreciated
