Keratosis Treatment?

Hiya
My daughter is almost five and from being a toddler she’s had little bumps on her skin, her arms and top of her thighs, the doctor said it’s called Keratosis and recommended using a decent moisturiser. Can anyone recommend a good one that’s specifically for this? I tried Centraben but it doesn’t seem to have made any difference. Thanks in advance x

My dc has this, she gently exfoliates with a pad after a bath/shower them puts on cetraban. It does help to keep the skin smooth and moisturised.
