Child’s eyesight

Took my 6 year old for an eye test and the results are
Right. Left
Sph +0.5. +0.25
Cyl. -0.25. -0.50
Axis 180. 120
Aided VA 6/10-

Does anyone know what this means? They said doesn’t need glasses but vision isn’t perfect? Would this vision effect learning?

Its a very small long sighted prescription with a small degree of astigmatism.
