Hi. Just looking for some advice. My little girl has awful eczema. It’s behind her knees and elbow creases and now between her thighs. It’s gotten worse since she’s had chicken pox. We use the e45 type creams from the doctor several times a day and no bubble bath.
I just feel like I’m doing something wrong . Has anyone found a cream that helps?
