22 month old has eczema behind both knees and in the creases of his arms, the type that’s very dry and it’s starting to crack. We’ve tried different baby moisturisers, aveeno eczema cream, sudocrem and Boots aqueous cream at the recommendation of the pharmacist but none have made any improvement at all. Can anyone recommend what else I could try please? It doesn’t seem to itch or bother him but it looks sore.
