Ok so with everything that's gone on, we've definitely had less general bugs/ colds this year. However, eldest (6) has her third bug of a lockdown period. Has thrown up today and appears to have an upset stomach and has a slightly high temperature. We have left the house three times in two weeks, for a walk (no play park or anything). We haven't had anyone in the house. I'm starting to worry that this is something different than a virus - but the fact she has a temperature suggests otherwise. Does anyone else have this ?

It's extremely unlikely to be a bug if she really hasn't been near anyone in the last week. Could it be anxiety or a food reaction?

There's a very slim risk of catching a bug from a contaminated surface brought into the house (food packaging for example), but it's tiny. And as the rest of you are presumable ok it's unlikely to be food poisoning, especially as it's happened a few times.

Third time this lockdown? unlikely to be a bug imo. Whats her toilet hygiene like? is she an anxious child? Does she suffer from food allergies?
