6 month old rash on stomach and back

My 6 month old has been teething and not herself the past couple of days. Vomited a few times too. She seems a bit better today but has this rash on her stomach and back. It blanches and is not raised. Any ideas what it could be? Was thinking maybe blocked pores as she was sick all over herself and we just wiped her down rather than bathing her yesterday as she was so tired. No fever either. TIA

If she is feeding and pooping/weeing ok just keep a close eye. It sounds like she is a bit under the weather. If the rash gets worse or she gets very sleepy/irritable/a temp/fewer wet or dirty nappies then call for medical advice
