My almost 6!year old son has his adult teeth behind his baby teeth, should I be worried?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

No its quite common. Are the baby teeth wobbly at all?

NommyChompers · 08/01/2021 20:50

Totally fine - the baby ones will come out eventually - teeth move a lot at this age and the jaws still have lots of growing to do

Mine had this and I panicked a bit!

Dentist said it wasn't something to worry about, and they'd move forwards once the milk teeth fell out, and they did!

Popskipiekin · 08/01/2021 20:52

Nope it’s fine. Ours had this, front fell out and the new adult just slid into place! Clever teeth Grin

The bottom two are very wobbly but he won’t let me near them! That’s reassuring, thanks x

My teeth grew in like that. They just moved forward once the milk teeth had fallen out
