Puberty pimples - advice please

DD (recently turned 10 - is this quite young?) seems to be in the onslaught of puberty.
She has hair sprouting everywhere which she can deal with no problem, but in the last few weeks has started getting regular pimples all over her hairline, forehead and top of her nose (pic attached).
She's pretty miserable about them so I really want to help but I was lucky as a pre-teen/teen with my skin so I'm not sure what to use? My exDH had dreadful acne which he was very self conscious about but exPIL did nothing so as an adult has very scarred skin. For DD I want to nip this in bud if possible.
I have been suggested aloe vera as she is young, but others have said that something stronger like tea tree would be better? Also can I just nip to Boots and buy something like Simple, or is it better to go somewhere specialised like Holland and Barratt or The Body Shop. Should I try to get a dermatologist appointment too or is that over the top at this stage?
Many thanks in advance Smile

Stay away from any products that don't say non comodogenic on them, whatever magic properties they list they do! Thay means they dont clog pores and cause spots. This is advice from my dermatologist who I saw for acne. Cetaphil and la Roche posay are great products for this.

Thanks @gretagreengrapes
I will do a little online research around those brands.
Would you mind sharing other advice your dermatologist gave?
