Rash around 16 month old eyes - allergic? Form of dermatitis?

Hi everyone, I’ve had my daughter to the GP 3x about this now . And am getting absolutely nowhere in finding out what this rash/spots is down to. I’m going to call the health visitor and the GP again tomorrow but I just wondered if any mums out there can help?

They occur underneath her eyes mostly, sometimes on her eyelid, also around the nose and mouth. It tends to flare up worse when hot, distressed or under the weather but lately these rashes have been coming and going for about a month. In the last month she’s only spent a few days spot/rash free. I don’t think the spots tend to bother her put I do notice they get worse when she rubs her eyes before nap time.

I’m so concerned now and I just want to know if anyone has any similar experience or with anything that looked similar to this. Any advice welcome .

Peri oral / peri ocular dermatitis?
I've had it. It was so hard to treat until I knew what it was thanks to a wonderful GP.

My daughter has been suffering with this for the last month or two. Numerous GP appointments and now saying eczema? Did you ever get any answer or find a cure? X

Did anyone ever get a treatment for this? My son has it and the Dr will only advise emoliants which are not working :-(
