Baby acne?? Help please :)

My 5 week old has come up with this on her face. Does it look like baby acne/milk spots or something I should ask the doctor about? Can't get an appointment until tomorrow.

I have some child's farm unfragranced moisturiser that seems to have helped a little.

She's fine in herself and already on a milk for cows milk allergy so have ruled that out.

Thanks!

How about other allergies? My ds was covered with eczema since he was a week old, turned out he had multiple allergies and reacting to my breast milk.

It could well be baby acne. DD had something similar at around 4 weeks.

Not sure what it would be as she's only on formula? Thanks 😊

Ingredients of formula is the only option for allergen then, if it's allergy related.

I'll definitely keep an eye on it. Have been using child's farm unscented moisturiser from yesterday morning and it has cleared up so much already! 🤞 Thanks for your help

DS had baby acne and it cleared up pretty quickly. Coconut oil is also good for his skin. Just the same stuff we'd cook with so it's not expensive.
