Best nappy cream?

My one year old has had nappy rash for a week or so now, I've been going the 'natural route' and adding apple cider vinegar to her baths and using coconut oil which seemed to help it but then would appear again!
Now that I think about it I think she's been having a reaction to the Huggies wipes (which i don't normally use) which would explain why it keeps coming back after fading,

Its not terrible looking or causing her any discomfort, but I'd just like a good cream that can finish clearing it up if anybody knows a good one!?

Oh as a side note I've been using the burts bees nappy cream too but it seems its more of a barrier cream than a healing one? But I may be wrong!

Metanium is one that I was recommended that I always find to be good. If it's really bad I use hydrocortisone 1% which was prescribed by GP and cleared up a bout of awful ally rash.

Sudocrem original is great stuff for all sorts but we found the only thing that cleared Ds nappy rash was sudocrem care and protect and the smallest amount is needed. I really found it to be a miracle cream

Agree with pp if it's quite sore that cream will fix it quickly but do apply sparingly.
