Asthma pump with spacer

My gs is nearly 2 he's been on clenil twice a day for just over a month and has been really co operative, 'till yesterday

He's suddenly decided he's not having any of it - any tips?

When I've been really desperate to get some into my little one we have used a toilet roll tube. Made a hand of it and it worked, it was a GP
that once told me that.
