Strange noise and anxious mum

DD is two. Last winter was horrific, I have health anxiety and she was sick with everything going from about October until April.

She currently has a cold. As do I. Runny nose, no fever, nothing else.

Since Monday when eating she is making a strange noise. If I were to breathe in and make a sound in my throat it's like that, sometimes via her mouth and sometimes nose.

First thought was gunk, she is also streaming from mouth saliva wise re teeth.

She is fine when doing it, although it sounds like she is struggling to breath. Sometimes she then does a cough, sometimes laughs.

She does not do it any other time and is not distressed.

Could just be a thing she thinks is funny so is doing it? As they do.

My question is should I check this with doctor. My biggest concern is there's more to it and I'm a due a baby very soon and feeling anxious all round.

I looked at dysphagia and it doesn't tick boxes, I'm fairly confident it's not a blockage because she is only doing it at meal times.

She did have inhalers in March to shift a six month cough. Oxygen levels ok when checked then but the cough would not shift.
