Over the past few weeks I've noticed at dinner time DD is eating less or saying she doesn't like xyz anymore. Last night it was roast potatoes!

She's a scrap of a girl but will sometimes say, do I look fat?
Or if I say, I don't think a fourth biscuit is a good idea, she'll retort Are you saying I'm fat?

She never stops moving (dancing and played football 3 times a week pre-lockdown) but for her growth and general health I feel she should be eating more at mealtimes.

It's strange as when she was younger she was always the most adventurous eater of my 3 DCs but every week now there's something new on her Won't Eat list.

What or who is she watching on YouTube? Lots of competitive weight loss videos are out there that young teens get sucked into.
