Does anyone know what this could be?

Hello everyone,

Would be grateful if anyone could help me. My baby is 7 months old and has had a couple of tiny bright red dots come up on his cheek. Could anyone suggest what it could be? One of them has been on his cheek for a couple of days, and then this morning i noticed another appear close to the original dot.

Without a picture difficult to tell. Could be something as simple as a milk spot or as worrying as chickenpox.
