4 month old rash

Hi everyone,

My 4 month old has came out with a rash all over his back.

Hasn't got a temperature but doesn't seem quite right in himself - unsettled, crying more than usual, not as much milk today (although he does drink more than average!)

Could just be a coincidence that he's having these symptoms alongside the rash, he is teething so that could explain the fussiness but I'm a FTM and worrying a little.

Any ideas what this could be? Was planning on going to the pharmacy in the morning to see if there's anything I could get for it, but I'm unsure whether I should get it checked by a health professional?

Yeah it does disappear which I think is a good sign! Not sure whether it looks like an allergic reaction? Even though we haven't tried anything different.
