Between 8-10 months my daughter was weight bearing, standing while holding on, attempting to pull herself up, attempting to crawl and taking a few steps with my help to hold her.
At 11 months this has all suddenly stopped! She will shuffle a bit on her bum and on her tummy but is not weight bearing or attempting to crawl at all. When I try to stand her up now she lifts her legs up and won't put them on the floor. If I do get her to stand then she instantly buckles on to the floor. If she can't reach toys then she will just give up or get annoyed. She doesn't appear to be in any pain and her arms and legs both move fine. She is progressing with motor skills, speech etc fine.
I know that babies can take up to 18 months to walk etc and I wouldn't be worried at all if she hadn't already been doing it. I find it strange that she has suddenly stopped progressing so well. I have a health visitor review upcoming so will flag it then. Just wondering if anyone else had experience of this?
