My 15 week old only eats at night

Hi Everyone
I’m really new to Mumsnet and I am looking for a bit of advice.
I have a 15 week old little boy and his feeding habits are all over the place. My health visitor referred my son to a dietician due to him being pale and very wriggly with the thought he is lactose intolerant.
He was a very regular feeder 6oz every 3hrs.
He was prescribed Althera last week but he didn’t like it and started to feed less, the formula didn’t really make much difference so I moved him back to his normal formula it he became really constipated and hasn’t been right since moving him back over nearly a week ago.
He will now only eat 6oz every 4hrs at night and doesn’t always finish the bottle. During the day he is hungry but he starts straining when I try to feed him and he can’t tolerate taking any milk until he’s pooped, which isn’t until the evening and only goes once, when he used to go at least 3 times a day. His stools are water and minimal but a good colour. Since my health visitor referred us I took him to the GP and he diagnosed reflux, which would explain some of his symptoms. Spitting up his feeds and windy, sometimes it’s so bad he will choke, it’s very scary. I’m just worried he’s not getting what he needs and I’ve got so many professionals giving me conflicting information. It’s very difficult getting into a surgery because of c19 and almost impossible getting hold of my health visitor. I’m just at a complete loss on what I can do to make him settled and comfortable, so any advice would be greatly received

Have you tried different teats on the bottle?

I moved him up to No2 3weeks ago. That’s when he really started to feed every 3hrs.

I started him on shop bought SMA feeds last night to see if that will help him, it seems to be doing the trick. He pooped this morning and he’s on his second 6oz feed of the day, so fingers crossed.
