I am a final year undergraduate biology student at the University of Bath. For a final year project I am investigating current patterns of vaccination against measles. The measles vaccine is part of the MMR vaccine given at one year of age with a booster at 3 years of age.

If you currently considering vaccination of your child, I would greatly appreciate your help with my project. Please click on the code below to access a brief questionnaire.

It will take no more than 2 minutes to answer. All responses are completely anonymous and no personal information will be gathered. There will be no follow ups to any responses. The responses will be used only for the purposes of this project and will not be passed to any other party.

All responses are very gratefully received!
