Good morning. I want to apologise in advance for the picture... I just want to ask if someone's baby had similar looking dirty nappy? My DS is 9 weeks today, since week 5 he was diagnosed with cow milk protein allergy and is on Nutramigen 1. 5 days ago he was in his first immunisation jabs, he had terrible fever (38.9), but day after all good and poops looked normal.
He has this colour of poop for couple of days, but then usually gets it back to normal mustard yellow.. today it's all watery with some flakes which looks like the undigested formula..
Is it normal or should I be concerned? Isn't it some kind of late reaction on the jabs?
