Infected injury in ds

So my ds (10) has shown me his toe, he said a couple of weeks back he had banged it in school and it looked a bit sore but has just shown me it now, (photo attached) and to me it looks infected??
Question is do I take him to a n e or wait until Monday to ring doctors, I'm not sure with covid what to do and my area doesn't have a minor injurys.

Call 111? It doesn't look worthy of an A&E visit. Unless he's got other symptoms of serious infection you're worried about of course.
