Flora Buttery is not dairy free - aaaaaargh!

DS has a dairy allergy which is super annoying as it means we have to eat mash made with olive oil or dairy free spread (it’s just not the same). Imagine our delight when we discovered Flora buttery! Lovely buttery taste but without the dairy so we all swapped to Flora Buttery (getting rid of Lurpak and Pure and creating extra space in fridge - result). Anyway...have just discovered that Flora have started adding buttermilk to Flora buttery so it is no longer dairy free ☹️ Only just realised. DS has eaten a piece of toast with the spread on and has complained of a tingly feeling in his mouth. This is how his allergy manifests itself; we think he is growing out it (finally) as it used to affect his breathing and cause vomiting. Anyway, thought I would post as a warning to other mums of DC with dairy allergies.

I also have a dairy allergy, mine is quite severe and can cause anaphylaxis.

I am never going to get over how annoyed I am about this.
Or about how little notice the company gave so that people didn’t have the opportunity to stock up before the dairy free stock was pulled from the shelves.
