My 2.5 yr old seems to be picking up stomach bugs and I’m trying to pin it down. How long do they normally take to show? He was at preschool on Wed and Thurs, started vomiting and diarrhoea early this (Sunday) morning. Is that a normal length of time or has he picked it up on Friday/Saturday? He’s only just over one which took almost ten days to get fully clear of.
