They usually swell because of a virus, there are more in the groin, are they swollen too? Has he had a temp? Does he bruise easily? Is he eating and drinking ok?

It could be a sign of an infection

It's just the armpit ones that are both. No temperature.. He's eating and drinking fine and not ill. The groin ones are OK. Bruising is just normal on him too. Thanks

If he had a cough, did you get him tested for Covid?

soffiee · 24/10/2020 13:57

I had a infected small cut and didn't notice until the symptoms you have mentioned happened. I didn't have a temp or anything but my underarms were swollen and it felt numb. I had antibiotic treatment and it helped to clear the infection. It could be Covid related, it could be something he may have picked up or in my case, an infected wound. Have it looked at would be my advise.

Yes he's been tested for covid was negative.
