10 day old feeling hot to touch

Hi all

My 10 day old is feeling got to touch, her face neck and back we're all very warm

I've taken a temperature reading but it's normal at 36.6. I've stripped her down to her nappy given her skin to skin incase she still needs help regulating her body temp and giving her breast whenever she wants it

Has anyone else experienced this before? X

Afraid no advice but ill bump for you, If it was my baby i would keep my eye on her all night and do lots of temp checks etc and make sure she keeps drinking and then call Health visitor tomorrow
