What might this spot be?

My 6 year old daughter developed this spot on her inner lower arm, 1.5-2 weeks ago, along with the onset of a cold. Hasn’t been bothering her until today, when a wristband irritated it. But it doesn’t seem to show any sign of going. It has almost a purple hue which doesn’t show so well in the pic. Toying with getting it checked out, but don’t want to waste people’s time in the current climate.

If anyone has any bright ideas/has experienced something similar it would be good to hear...

Looks like it could be molluscum contagiosum. My DD has had it for a couple of months now. The spots spread so you're likely to find more later if that's what it is. It's not serious, just annoying. Sudacrem dabbed on the spots seems to help a bit.

Thank you, just been googling, could be it. Will wait to see if any more spots appear...
