Cold, fever or something else?

Hi my 4 month old since a week now has been sweating A LOTTT sometimes in the morning after her sleep. Recently she's been sweating in the night or in the day on her nose, back of her hair & arms. I’m not sure if she's got a cold as she's had a lot of snot recently and she's been rubbing her nose a lot too or something else?

Have you took temperature? if you are really concerned phone for advice at that age, My boy sweat so much for the last 5 years I’ve got used to it but I can tell if he’s getting ill as he gets worse

Her temperature is normal, sometimes 37° but I think i'll get her checked out just to make sure everything's okay!
