Baby has severe eczema- could it be the formula?

It covers her cheeks and is slowly spreading, not much on her body though. We’ve tried various different creams but it seems to budge for maybe a couple of days and then flares up bad again. Would I be able to buy formula OTC or would a GP have to prescribe it? TIA x

What creams are you trying?

Hi. I’ve just posted about my baby’s severe eczema on another thread.

I cut out dairy and soy very early on (breastfed) but it didn’t make a difference, so it’s unlikely the stopping the formula will change things. You could ask your GP for other options?

It spread quickly from his feet to 90% of his body. So hard and heartbreaking.

I hope yours clears up x
