So the last two weeks or so my 4 week old daughter has been making dry throat/wheezy noises when lying on her back, it’s mainly worse on a night time so as you can see it affects her sleep as when she’s begin making the noises she waves her arms/legs about as if she is uncomfortable, she doesn’t make as much noise when sat up on my chest or over my shoulder. There are other symptoms to such as
Croaky dry throat like trying to clear it and also wheezy
Does it worse of a night till early hours of morning
When makes the noise waves her body/arms/legs about like she’s uncomfortable
Don’t hear it till she’s sat up on my chest or over my shoulder
Pops/wees are fine
Putting weight on fine
Constantly has hiccups after every feed
We sit her up for at least an hour after feeding make sure she’s winded and stuff
Spits up bubbles
Will sometimes seem unsettled if an evening (which I do think colic)
The only thing that is really bothering me is the dry throat/wheezy, it’s affecting her sleep and also mine as she will only sleep well on my chest, what could it be?
