My son had his preschool booster on Tuesday , he was unsettled Tuesday night but mostly fine in the day. Weds day he was fine and then very unsettled in the evening, cold sweats and now today one arm has large red rash , is hot to touch and he says it's itchy. He also now has a slight runny nose, he had a slight temperature but I gave calpol because he was so unsettled and that perked him up. Anyone else little one had this reaction?
