Green poop

My DD (3) is obsessed with milk through the night and it's blocking her up. Her poops are HUGE! I've started watering her milk down half and half. I started this yesterday so I can wean her off milk through the night and eventually just give her water if she wakes for a drink.
Today I've seen that her poop is now 4 different shades of green, one after another. Is this something I should be worried about?

Just don’t give her milk at night? She’s 3 not 3 months! Just say no, and put up with the whinging for a bit. It must be awful for her teeth.
