Vomiting clear liquid

My ten week old has started vomiting clear liquid. I have recently changed his milk to sma lactofree. He is still having wet nappies , eats well and is happy and bright eyed. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced similar? Xx

It's v unusual to have a lactose intolerance..

Milk protein is v common.
It sound alike reflux.
Maybe phone health visitor for advice
