My daughter over the las 7 years has had several year infections
twice now they have caused rupture of the ear drum.

Yesterday she came down with ear pain but no temp or discharge
she was in a lot of pain. We took her to out of hours and on the way she felt a pop but there was still no discharge.
The GP there said it was glue ear and gave us a spray,
Today the pain has gone but her ear is weeping and it is pinky red.
Is this a part of Glue ear or is it a concern?

Normally with the ear infection they give us antibiotics and it all clears up so this didn't present medically as an infection at all.

They have'nt suggested any follow up and i'm concerned.
