My LO is just under 2 and has had this rash pretty much all summer. Doesn't seem to bother her at all, she doesn't scratch at it or anything. She does also suffer from a little bit of eczema patches, if relevant.
I've always thought it was a heat rash - it affects her limbs only and is a little bit raised and bumpy. It does disappear when I touch it (apart from the bumps of course).
Please help identify! Thanks.
