Teething toddler - molars 😱

My 14mo DS is having a tough time of it with his first molar coming through. I can feel the bump on his gum but there’s not a chance he’ll let me look in his mouth to check if I can see it.
I know (anecdotally, not according to NHS) that teething poos are a thing and he’s had loose (but not watery) and occasionally green nappies for a week now.
Is it normal for it to go on this long? His other teeth have taken upwards of a week to break the surface after he’s started showing signs but he’s never had nappies this bad with his previous teeth. His drool is next level too and he’s got a snotty nose as well so it’s all going on. Please send solidarity (and gin) for these molars to hurry up!
