Rash on 6 year old

Can anyone help identify this rhas which started to appear two days ago and has spread over her torso (front and back), under her chin and down to her pubis.

No itching or feeling unwell.

Has she been in the sun? What's your thoughts on the obvious line across her back?

Looks like a sun/light/heat sensitivity to me. Has it eased off yet?

Does it go into her groin too? And around her bum? Has she been in the sun or swimming in a new swim suit?

Gosh, so so sorry not to have come back to this! I ended up phoning 111 who referred her to the pharmacist who in turn told me to take her to the local UTC. After much deliberation and sucking of teeth (by two nurses and a GP) they diagnosed guttate psoriasis. The GP prescribed some hydrocortisone cream but it doesn't appear to be doing much as yet. The nurse said that it usually goes away on its own. She doesn't seem at all bothered by it though.

No real exposure to the sun in the last fortnight but did get a bit 'pink' a few weeks ago despite liberal applications of Factor 50 (hence the line). I think I need to make sure she is much more covered up in future .
