Have idiopathic interceanial hypertension till water on the brain but a diffrent part of the brain or something not sure the actual difference but I believe mine to be less severe but with similar symptoms I have an lp shunt had it 6 years and will eventually have a vp shunt I have spent many months in hospital with people with hydrocephalus as our conditions are so similar and with same surgeries and surgeons it I can be of any help please let know Smile

Sorry for late reply's. My daughter had surgery and has a bit of swelling on the surface where they operated. Had ct scan few days ago showed no fluid build up in the brain was all fine but they need to know where or why it's happening
Might need a shunt for drainage
