Bald patch on DD 3

Just noticed this today on DD who is 3, there's no tufts just completely smooth but not been noticeable until now. Any clues what it could be? Will go to docs tomorrow, just wondered if anyone had ideas

It does look a little like alopecia to me. Dh suffers from this and usually just needs a vitamin supplement on prescription to calm it down. He was told it's a disease of 7s - usually lasts around 7 months and flares up every 7 years. It was pretty accurate

My son developed a patch like that when I let his hair grow a bit longer. He was obsessively twirling his hair all the time.
Maybe she does that as she falls asleep?

I hope it is something like that, gonna keep an eye on it for a couple of days before running to the docs I think!
