Help! Threadworm Poo? *graphic

So sorry for the graphic picture but I’m at my wits end trying to figure out what this is. I noticed these bits in my daughters poo (she’s 20 months old) a few days ago and after some research I’m convinced it’s pinworm (aka threadworm). However, my partner thinks it’s either food allergy, fiber, or stool passing quickly. Our pediatrician’s office has been absolutely useless and condescending about the entire thing so this is my last hope for some advice
😞 I’m completely overwhelmed with the amount of cleaning, laundry and paranoia that this is a parasite. Any advice or help would be appreciated, thank you!!

All children get worms at some stage.
You can buy the treatment at any pharmacy. You have to treat the whole household, twice.
All the instructions are in the packaging and online.
You have to launder towels, bedlinen, vacuum and dampdust.
Be strict about handwashing, keep nails short.
There are hundreds of discussions on here about threadworms. Loads of advice.
If symptoms persist after you have done all the above, ask for further tests.

Also, the live worms are only visible at night. You can see them if you use a torch
