Rash on face, any ideas??

My dd has has this reddening on her face with a white patch for about 2 months now. Sometimes it's more obvious that other times, and it's never sore/itchy just unsightly. Any ideas?

Anyone?

I’m not sure but could it be some sort of reaction? I got this in response to very cold weather and it caused a red blotchy rash all over my face, legs, hands which went when I warmed up. I would guess at some sort of reaction to something?? But I’m not medically trained at all so it’s just a guess.
