Toddler rash on back & shoulder

Hi all,

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? My 20 month old has about 10 of these spots on his shoulder blade, side of tummy and back. Hasn't ate any new foods that I know of,l and he isn't itching them (lumps under the skin)
They're about 5mm wide. Otherwise he's fine in himself still eating drinking, no temperature or lethargy
Any help would be appreciated :)

Early chickenpox can look like that. Remember, nurofen is not recommended for pox, so might be worth not giving any until you're sure it's not cp.

Thank you for the reply! And the advice, I wony give any ibuprofen then for now. Doesn't seem to be bothering him at the moment x

No doesn't look like the covid rash. Also hardly in contact with anyone due to the current situation
