Hi all, any one know what this could be on babies leg. Faintly there all the time but shows strongly when cold! Thanks

Mottled skin is normal when cold. It’s just the blood vessels that you can see.

Suggest moving this to Children's Health OP. I only clicked on this because I couldn't figure out what it meant.

I agree it just looks like mottling, but it would be better to photograph both legs in the same photo for comparison.

I think I see what you mean. A patchy area of paler skin overlying the inner aspect of the knee? I think it's a sort of birth mark, but with less pigment instead of more.
