DS Fall yesterday

My DS 15 fell into a DH van yesterday. He was jumping in but slipped in the footwell and now saying his elbow hurts to bend and straighten it. He can move it I'm thinking he's pulled a muscle. His shoulder is also just sore.
I have looked there's no swelling or marks anywhere on his arm and both on his right arm. Any idea? We have ice and paracetamol today xx

A&E? No way of knowing otherwise. If it hurts because he landed on it it's prob not a pulled muscle.

I cracked my elbow when my horse slipped and we hit the ground.

Didn't know for a week that I'd cracked it and taken a small chip out. Knew it hurt, etc., but when I twisted it round one day I screamed (I'm not a screamer as a rule). Went off to A&E. Found the crack and chip.

Thank you! He didn't fall as such he's said he saved himself from hitting the deck and we have put Deep heat cream on his elbow and shoulder. I'll be trying to get a GP appointment tomorrow if it's not better.

His elbow is only sore when he extends it fully and bends it full. He's using it away no bother.
