So my son has this on his arms, hes 10 and this is on his lower arms as well as his upper arms.
I was thinking kerotosis pillaria but from what I read that affects upper arms.

Very worried obviously, I do have anxiety anyway but I feel awful hasn't really seen it in a short sleeved shirt and just realised how bad it was.
