Newborn constipation

Baby is 4 weeks old and only has a bowel movement every 36 hours. She is breast fed and formula fed. I have tried most things suggested
Cycling motion
Tummy massage
Infacol
Gripe water
Warm bath
Changing positions

This is not normal is it???

She is really unsettled today and she has finally fallen asleep curled up into a ball

Boiled cooled water will help.

It's completely normal and nothing to worry about. I would try and breastfeed more as breastmilk is a natural laxative but as long as the poo is soft and yellow, it's fine.
