Reaction to vaccinations?

Before I begin I am fully aware of how important and beneficial vaccinations are and would never stop my children from getting them. I am however a little concerned about my daughters reaction to her 12 month vaccinations. She had them done yesterday afternoon, was ok all evening but then had a very unsettled night. Since waking up at 6 this morning until now she has been screaming non stop and sweating (although her temperature is only reading 37.1). I was warned about her potentially having a high temperature and being a little miserable but this seems excessive and she hasn't really got a temperature.
