My ds has had spots on his cheek for around 3-4 months now that go through a cycle of flesh coloured spots, inflamed, burst (although Ive never seen them burst or seen what comes out of them) then scab over and the cycle repeats. I sent the Dr some photos who diagnosed as molluscum and said no treatment needed but said they could be around for potentially 2 years. This weekend the scabs seem bigger and dryer than usual and I wondered if these were actually now healing? The big one was particularly redder than ive seen before just before it scabbed over with a yellow spot on the top. I've attached a photo - could anyone advise on whether they think these may be healing?
