Dry nappies, when to worry?

My DS is 3 months old. He usually has plenty of wet and dirty nappies, and usually they're after a feed.

He hasn't had a wet or dirty nappy since 6.30ish, despite having a 2 hour feed and two 10 minute feeds.

He seems fine in himself, his fontanelle isn't sunken, he is happy and doesn't feel hot on the back of his neck or his tummy.

When should I worry or seek advice? Thank you

We had something similar the other day. Not sure when you should get advise but I assumed dehydration and kept offering feeds and rehydrating myself.
Also took baby's temperature. She was passing urine as usual not long after. Sorry if that's not helpful
